...can be beautiful.
These were all crops from one large picture of frosted dead weeds.
"Frosted dead weeds" doesn't sound very pretty, but I could explore this one
photo for hours. It makes me want to be an ant-sized and invincible
so I could climb around in that icy wonderland and explore.
It's beautiful! We've never had such an experience here in the high desert of SoCalifornia. Of course, everything is bigger and better in Texas, right?
ReplyDeleteEh...not everything. They don't have bigger mountains, or bigger waves! ;)
DeleteAmazing, isn't it, how something so dangerous can be so beautiful? My WW
ReplyDeleteYeah...they seem to go together sometimes, don't they...danger and beauty?
DeleteIt's gorgeous! It must be very hard on the plants though to be covered in ice.
ReplyDeleteThese weeds were already dead before the ice storm...so no worries. MOST of my garden plants were already covered, though I did loose a few.
DeleteGorgeous Photos! Frozen branches and a spider, too!
ReplyDeleteIt does look like a spider, doesn't it? It's actually a tiny flower. This brambly weed had tiny daisy like flowers about half the width of a dime. That's what you see frozen there.
DeleteAlways so beautiful so long as not to thick so as to cause breakage.
ReplyDeleteYeah, luckily these weeds were already dead--so this couldn't kill them.
DeleteAn icy wonderland :)
ReplyDeleteSo much ice, wow!
ReplyDeleteWho would think that dead things with ice would be so beautiful!!
ReplyDeleteI know! Exactly!
DeleteBeautiful icing!
